The dentist can use a surgical mallet to manually impart an impacting force to the proximal end of the instrument. It can have a straight or bayonet-shaped handle and a pointed, round or concave tip at the distal end, which may be marked with various graduations according to different dephts. Used for ridge expansion, bone condensiation and sinus floor elevation procedures.
6 – 8 – 11 – 15 mm – Bone pusher for the apical condensation of bone material and/or autogenous bone and/or bone graft fragments on the implant cavity. The special bayonet shape is used for sinus elevation operations in the lateral region of the upper jaw or in maxillary areas that are difficult to access.
