A tube that is attached to a suction system and manipulated by the surgeon for the collection (suctioning) of bone tissue, valuable autogenous bone that can be used for small corrections around dental implants.

Bone grafting can be performed at the time of surgery. The graft is usually taken and retrieved for the graft from the drilling site using a bone collector from the suction line. Autogenous bone remains the best graft material since it possesses osteogenic, osteoinductive and osteoconductive properties.
